مفت نسخہ ہر کسی کے لیے کھلا ہے۔ کوئی اکاؤنٹ بنانے کی ضرورت نہیں۔ ہم آپ کو ذاتی اور غیر تجارتی استعمال کے لیے آلہ استعمال کرنے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں۔ آلے کو ریورس انجینئر کرنا، اس کی نقل بیچنا، یا اسے اپنی مصنوعات میں شامل کر کے فروخت کرنا اجازت میں شامل نہیں۔
پرو خریدنے پر آپ کو ایک لائسنس کوڈ ملتا ہے جو ایک مقررہ تعداد کے آلات پر چلتا ہے:

ویب سائٹ، Windows اور macOS پر ادائیگی Paddle کے ذریعے ہوتی ہے۔ Paddle اس لین دین کا merchant of record ہے: رسید، ٹیکس اور ادائیگی سے متعلق معاملات Paddle کی شرائط کے تابع ہیں۔

آلے کو خودکار طریقے سے بے تحاشا استعمال کرنا، اس کی حدود کو عبور کرنے کی کوشش کرنا، یا اس کے ذریعے غیر قانونی مواد تیار کرنا منع ہے۔ ان شرائط کی سنگین خلاف ورزی، یا ادائیگی واپس لے لینے (chargeback) کی صورت میں ہم لائسنس منسوخ کر سکتے ہیں۔
آپ جو کلام آلے میں لکھتے ہیں وہ آپ ہی کا ہے۔ ہم اس پر کوئی حق نہیں جتاتے اور نہ اسے محفوظ کرتے ہیں (تفصیل رازداری کی پالیسی میں)۔
آلے میں شامل کلاسیکی کلام (غالب، میر، اقبال، داغ، مومن، ذوق وغیرہ) قدیم اور غیر محفوظ حقوق (public domain) ہے۔
آلہ «جیسا ہے، ویسا ہی» فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔ ہم یہ ضمانت نہیں دیتے کہ یہ ہر وقت دستیاب رہے گا، بے خطا ہوگا، یا آپ کے کسی خاص مقصد کو پورا کرے گا۔
قانون جس حد تک اجازت دے، کسی بھی نقصان کے لیے ہماری کل ذمہ داری اُس رقم سے زیادہ نہ ہو گی جو آپ نے پچھلے بارہ مہینوں میں ہمیں ادا کی۔

Taqti (the "app") is made by STZ Developer. By using the app or buying Pro you agree to these terms. If any of them is unacceptable to you, please do not use the app.
The free version is open to everyone and needs no account. We grant you permission to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. That permission does not extend to reverse engineering it, selling copies of it, or bundling it into a product you sell.
Buying Pro gives you a licence code that works on a set number of devices:

Lifetime means for as long as the app exists, with no further payment. It is not a guarantee that the service will run forever. An annual licence renews each year; if it is not renewed, Pro features stop and the free version continues to work.
You can free a slot yourself at any time using "View devices". A licence code is for your own use, or your household's — please do not share, sell or publish it.
On the website, Windows and macOS, payment is handled by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for that transaction: receipts, tax and payment matters are governed by Paddle's terms.
On iPhone and iPad, purchases are made through Apple, and on Android through Google Play. Apple's and Google Play's terms apply to those purchases respectively.
On the website, prices are shown in US dollars with tax for your region added at checkout; the app stores show prices in your local currency.
For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle's own refund policy applies. In addition, within 14 days of purchase you can write to support@taqti.org and we will refund what you have not used. Explanations already generated are not refundable, since each one has a real cost to produce. A refund revokes the licence, or removes the credits, that the purchase granted.
Purchases made through Apple can only be refunded by Apple, and purchases made through Google Play only by Google Play.
Tashreeh (an explanation of a couplet) is a Pro feature written by Anthropic's Claude model. Each licence includes an allowance, and further credits can be bought separately.
Explanations are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are a literary reading, not a scholarly ruling. Check them yourself before relying on one for research, an exam or publication.
Metre checking (scansion, bahr, radeef and qafia) is rule-based and runs on your device — no AI is involved. Even so, arooz admits of genuine disagreement, and we do not warrant that every result is correct.
Do not hammer the app with automated requests, attempt to circumvent its limits, or use it to produce unlawful material. We may revoke a licence for a serious breach of these terms, or where a payment is reversed by chargeback.
The poetry you write in the app is yours. We claim no rights over it and do not store it — see the privacy policy for detail.
The classical verse included with the app (Ghalib, Mir, Iqbal, Daagh, Momin, Zauq and others) is in the public domain.
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that it will suit any particular purpose of yours.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any loss is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date. For significant changes we will say so in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
